One of the nicest people in Savannah! They installed LED headlights on my car the same day! Chris F, did an amazing job so quick and efficiently ! Will definitely be coming back if I ever need any help in the future!

July 2026. I highly recommend Ken's Auto Repair of Savannah. First, we took our Honda Odyssey van into a local Honda dealership to get it ready for a long road trip. There were several routine maintenance items including replacing the timing belt that were performed. Their service was expensive, but I thought it would be done right. I was surprised when we got the car home and it still didn’t run right with the check engine light coming on. So, I then took the van to Ken’s Auto. Both Ken and Chris worked on the van and sorted out and fixed several complicated problems that had not been resolved by the Honda dealership. Ken’s Auto fixed them for a reasonable price. I trust both Ken and Chris and they are excellent mechanics.

Please do not go to this business. I’ve had the worst experience with this shop, and I feel like people need to be aware of it before they come here. I spoke with Ken himself on the phone a couple of days prior to dropping off my vehicle for brake pad replacement. I was told he would be finished with the service before the end of the business day, and after 6 calls and unanswered texts trying to get an update on my vehicle I decided to just pay for an Uber ride to the shop to check on my vehicle, due to the fact that the shop was going to close within the hour. I go inside, and I see Ken sitting at the computer, with his phone next to him that I had been trying to reach him on all day. I ask about my vehicle, and he told me that they were unable to get to it. This was a shock to me, of course. I am a full time student with a full time job, and I aligned this service with this shop for a specific date and time because I cannot be without access to my vehicle for multiple days. Ken did not inform me earlier during the day that they were unable to deliver the services that we agreed to, but instead avoided all of my calls and texts trying to get updates throughout the day. It’s unfort

Trustworthy mechanics are hard to find nowadays and thats why ill never take my cars anywhere else. Ken is honest and wont try and sell you or push stuff on you that you dont need.. He keeps my fleet running and on the road! A+++

Ken and his team were great! Positive attitudes from start to finish. Would highly recommend and i will definitely be back the next time my car has any issue. Being a young girl from out of town it can be nerve wracking looking for a mechanic that doesn’t take advantage. Ken really made me feel heard and helped me out with everything. Again, 10/10 would recommend!!!
